Good to know before you book: Campocologno is a tiny, silent border village - that's its charm. The Bernina train is whisper-quiet and runs only during the day, so nights are completely peaceful. There are no restaurants in the village itself, so plan dinner ahead - we share all our local dinner tips right after booking. The building is a lovingly kept period house: wooden floors carry some sound, and we ask all guests to keep quiet hours after 22:00.
